As the USSA Masters Manager of the U.S. Ski Team Masters Program, I have been in this sport and racing since 1969. Junior racing, NCAAA racing, Pro racing and for the past 35 year Masters racing and coaching at the PC Masters program. I have seen it all. I run the Park City Masters program that started in 1990. Bootworks and Ernie were there then and are still there, Really what else has to be said? Sure I have looked around and had some boot work done here and there but in the end Ernie knows the deal and fixed me again and again as he did today, canting and pressure points. If I have Master racer who is in Park City to train and needs a proper fit (boots last a lot longer than skis) I send them to Ernie & the team at Bootworks.

“I just want to thank you for my perfectly fitting ski boots. As a long time skier who puts in 100+ days a year, I have learned the hard way how crucial a good boot fit is to both my comfort and performance. For years I struggled with an assortment of custom orthotics and boot liners, spending far too much money and time in the shop that would have been better spent on the mountain.
